We are a small, senior, product-led team in Lagos. No layers, no theatre: engineers ship to production weekly, designers sit next to the people whose books they are designing for, and everyone — including the founders — answers support.
How we hire
- Applied, hands-on work sample — paid if it takes more than a couple of hours.
- One conversation about the work, not brainteasers.
- Quick decision — yes or no within a week of the work sample.
We cannot sponsor relocation or visas at this stage; roles are Lagos-based (hybrid) or fully remote within Nigeria.
Open roles
Own features end-to-end from the ledger engine to the UI. The interesting problems are correctness problems: double-entry balance, audit-log integrity, period locking.

Make an accounting package legible to a founder who has never kept formal books. Plain-language mode, the approval queue, month-end — all yours.
Lagos hybrid · Full-time
Be the voice of practice inside the product: review the tax engine's treatment of NTA 2025, NSITF/ITF, VAT and WHT, and write the SOPs the AI advisor cites.
